Monday

 

Europe: the Eurozone will release its consumer price index for November at 10:00 GMT, with a 1.5 percent year-over-year build seen. UK’s CBI industrial trends orders for December are scheduled at 11:00 GMT.

 

Tuesday

 

Europe: Germany’s business expectations, current assessment and lfo business climate index for Dec are set for release as of 09:00 GMT. EU’s third-quarter wages are up at 10:00 GMT.

 

United States: building permits and housing starts for November will be out at 13:30 GMT, with 1.275 and 1.230 million units seen respectively. The third-quarter current account will be presented at 13:30 GMT, with an estimated deficit of $118 billion.

 

Wednesday

 

Europe: Germany’s producer price index for November is up at 07:00 GMT. Analysts are forecasting a 0.3 percent build last month.

 

United States: existing home sales for November will be released at 15:00 GMT.

 

Thursday

 

United States: a revision of the third-quarter gross domestic product will be out at 13:30 GMT, with analysts pointing at a steady 3.3 percent growth rate. Philadelphia Fed manufacturing index will be available by the same time, with 23.0 points seen.

 

Friday

 

Europe: Germany’s GfK consumer climate for January is due at 07:00 GMT. UK business investment, current account and gross domestic product for the third quarter will be presented as of 09:30 GMT.

 

United States: durable core orders and personal spending figures for November are set for publishing at 13:30 GMT, followed by Michigan University’s consumer expectations and sentiment for December at 15:00 GMT. New home sales for November are up at that time too.
